Twin Palm Painting & Waterproofing is a business formed by Bill Calvert and Sheldon Dodson, who have over 50+ years of combined experience in the painting and waterproofing industry. We pride ourselves on premium workmanship and quality to meet our customer’s satisfaction. Over the years, Bill and Sheldon have built their long-term client base through hard work and strong relationships with their customers. Our complex has two thirteen story buildings, club house, guard house, and 2 story parking structure. We hired Twin Palm Painting and Waterproofing to paint everything except one of the high rises. They said the job would take 4-6 weeks to complete. They completed the job in 5 weeks. The employees were professional and did an outstanding job. Everything they said they would do, they did. After they completed the original contract, we contracted them to do the other high rise and also redo the upper parking deck with a waterproofing system. I highly recommend them for any work you may need. They are one of the best contractor I've had an opportunity to work with.
The results are fantastic! The workers were friendly, respectful of neighbors, and professional. They spent a lot of time preparing the surfaces before painting. They used electrostatic application of material perfectly to paint the light poles and light fixtures. Truly looks amazing!
